He didn't simply read, he communicated the message in a way that reminded me of David as he used his harp to bring calm and peace to Saul's tormented soul. Stephen's presentation of the Word that first morning reaffirmed God's presence and His purpose in our being there. I cry when I remember it, a message from the heart of God to four women on a journey of and by faith.

I don't think anyone could capture the true experience of "chicken on a stick"! LOL The dusty roadway, the chicken parts, the swarm of people so eager to sell their "parts". The "bouquet" of chicken parts on sticks makes me smile ... what a beautiful way to describe such a memorable experience!

Thanks, Shari, for sharing your perspective on this incredible Day Three of our journey.

Love,
JanJan Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01037034763821122716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4532857553493788872.post-80324456337245653982009-07-16T07:14:00.323-05:002009-07-16T07:14:00.323-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Jan Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01037034763821122716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4532857553493788872.post-13019850545572070882009-07-14T16:41:16.584-05:002009-07-14T16:41:16.584-05:00Oh my!
